Frequently Asked questions regarding Holiday Home Ownership

Q: How long is the Season?
A: 1st March to 15th January the following year, there will always be a closed period.

Q: Do you accept Touring Caravans or Tents?
A: No We are a quiet Static Holiday park.

Q: Have you an age restriction?
A: New Holiday homes have a tenancy of 15 years, subject also to our Sites Agreement, pre-owned would be pro-rata according to the date of manufacture.

Q: Can I live permanently the whole Season?
A: Silver Trees has planning permission for and site Licence as a Holiday Home Park, you can not make it your permanent residential home, or receive mail, register with Doctors,etc, all these necessities are carried out from your permanent residence elsewhere.

Q: Can I use as a base, if my main home is abroad?
A: Many owners return for a time in the year to visit family and friends, whilst enjoying their own space and restful location of Silver Trees.

Q: Do you sell to Families?
A: No as we are a peaceful, picturesque park in a unique location that is frequented by wildlife, Deer in particular, Quiet couples are our preferred customer profile, from experience young children become bored if visiting on a regular basis.

Q: Can I bring my own Holiday Home on Site?
A: No to maintain standards we sell only new units or pre-owned already on Silver Trees, see our sale page on the website for details.

Q: Have you a shop?
A: The local town of Rugeley is approx 2miles distant, has a large supermarket, indoor market, Argos and all basic needs can be met.

Q: Do you have a Club House or Bar?
A: Silver Trees would never have a Club House facility; this will ensure that the peace and quiet of the park is maintained.

Q: Can I rent out my Holiday Home Commercially?
A: No but your immediate family.i.e. Adult Son or Daughter and family can stay, but to protect and maintain the attractiveness of Silver Trees, third party useage is not permitted.
