Silver Trees can source any new unit from all the major manufacturers of Holiday Homes to giving you the perfect second home of a high specification suitable for the discerning owner.

Pitches afford ample space for you to enjoy our scenic location and all units are supplied with a decking veranda to enable summer days to be spent in the open, reading, relaxing or watching the abundant wildlife that frequent the park.

Occasionally pre-owned units of a good specification will be available to purchase, on more than one occasion, owners new to the park have purchased a pre-owned unit to "test the water" to see if they will enjoy or use the holiday home as much as they initially anticipate,  then have within a year or so traded up to a new unit having had their first thoughts confirmed that Silver Trees is unique and the long term place for them, indeed on our latest video taken in 2011, you will see private owners "Sue and Steve on camera" voicing their enthusiasm and in this case mentioning a family association going back over 4 generations.

Silver Trees and all Private Owners are bound by a Sites Agreement and Owners Declaration to ensure that units are occupied as Holiday Accommodation only, it cannot be a main residence ever and will always close for a few weeks per year to comply with Planning Legislation.
